Millie is an educator from Tillys East Maitland who is currently our centre 2IC and working in the 2-3 years Investigators room. Millie holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care which she completed through Tillys Collage of Childcare in 2014 and has been a valued member of the Tillys family ever since. Millie has been an educator at a number of our other Tillys centres including Waratah 2, Greta and Rutherford – so may be a very familiar face to you all.

Millie is a very passionate educator who has formed strong partnerships with the children, families and fellow team members. Millie strives to meet each child’s individual needs and interests through child lead experiences and setting up inviting play spaces within the Tillys environment.

Millie has a strong interest in ensuring each child and family member feels a sense of belonging within the Tillys community – Millie will go above and beyond to work together in partnerships with families to achieve their children’s goals.

Millie’s dream is to continue to work within the Tillys family and share her love, care and passion to each family that Millie meets.
