Kylie has been a valued part of the Tillys family for over 10 years, beginning her journey at our Waratah 1 centre before playing a key role in opening our Cardiff service as Nominated Supervisor. Her experience, loyalty, and passion for the sector truly shine in everything she does.
Kylie holds her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and brings with her a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of what high-quality early education looks like. She is committed to creating nurturing, engaging environments where children can thrive and feel a true sense of belonging 
What makes Kylie so special is her caring and compassionate nature. She leads with kindness, supports her team every step of the way, and builds strong, genuine connections with children and families. Her leadership style is warm, approachable, and inspiring – creating a positive culture that you can feel the moment you walk through our doors.
Kylie’s dedication, professionalism, and passion for early childhood education make her an incredible asset to our Tillys community, and we feel so lucky to have her leading the way at The Junction.
