Kangaroo Paw friends at Waratah 2 absolutely loved reading Dion Beasley and Johanna Bell’s ‘Cheeky Dogs’ and ‘Too Many Cheeky Dogs’ books today! After Waratah 2 educators Lauren and Tamara attended the Aboriginal Conference 2019, they were both inspired and in awe of Dion’s ability to overcome challenges and communicate with the world around him through his visual representations of community life and couldn’t wait to share Dion’s amazing story with the Waratah 2 educators and children alike!
