Tillys Waratah 2 Preschool

In the preschool environments we have been reflecting on Quality Area 3 and the use of loose parts in the children’s play and environments. In particular, we have been reflecting on our outdoor environments. Our educators have been intentionally creating areas to promote curiosity and problem solving. We have seen the children absolutely thriving in this area of their learning and we have loved seeing where their curiosity takes their play. It has been so beautiful to add additional resources into these environments such as the scarves hanging in the trees and archway, seeing these move in the window and, the children making wind chimes through the use of beads and other loose parts.
