Sweet Valley Baby Animal Farm was a huge hit today with the children from our nursery and toddler rooms at Waratah 2!
Through this beautiful incursion the children showed how they are reaching learning outcomes 2 of the EYLF that children are connected with and contribute to their world by showing a growing appreciation for their natural world through care and empathy.
They also continued to develop their social skills through turn taking, and showed how they are confident and involved learners (EYLF, Learning Outcome 4) all while learning about each of the baby animals observed in the incursion.
