Today some of our Bolwarra Trainee’s had the opportunity to have some time together to help build their confidence in carrying out group times, nappy changes, and transitions.

Each Trainee prepared a group time experience that they delivered to their peers and accepted feedback. Each Trainee will then be performing these planned group times to the children over the next week or two.

It was wonderful to see the positivity the trainee’s were giving each other as well as open discussions about things they needed help with as they carry out there traineeship.

We hope to continue to spend some time with our trainee’s developing their strengths to support them in becoming the best Educators they can be for our wonderful children.
