Tillys has it’s own dedicated trainers who guide and support our trainees?

When you sign up to your traineeship at Tillys you will be supported every step of the way. Our trainers are available to answer any questions, as well as making regular visits to see our trainees to mentor them as they work towards gaining their certificate.

Along with the amazing support, our trainees receive paid time off the floor within their work hours to complete their modules and assessment tasks.
