Meet Vanessa! Vanessa has been at Tillys Abermain for 8 years. She completed her Diploma of Children’s Services traineeship in that time and was recognised for her love and passion for early education and care which gained her the award of ‘Trainee of the Year 2015’.
Vanessa believes that every child needs to feel loved through affection, laughter and encouragement. She enjoys fulfilling a child’s needs, as well as educating and supporting their wellbeing and development. Watching children achieve their goals and meeting their milestones is a big passion of hers as an educator.
A little bit about Vanessa – she is married with two children, loves animals, especially her dog Tilly! She loves the beach and spending time with her family.
