Maureen “Mauz” has been a part of our Rutherford Tillys Family since 2019. Maureen is the service Educational Leader for our LDC, working on and off the floor supporting our management team and educators.

Maureen shows dedication and commitment to bring our service philosophy to life while mentoring and facilitating growth within our team holistically. Maureen leads the team direction positively fostering a sense of belonging for our centre. She approaches each day with a can-do attitude, a bright and bubbly smile, and positivity to each and every task thrown her way.

Maureen holds a Diploma of Early education and Care and endeavours to enrol in university to study her Bachelor of Early Childhood. Mauz is extremely loved and valued by management, educators and families.
