Kristy is 2IC at our Bolwarra centre and is very much appreciated for her ability to step into any role within the service. She has worked with Tillys for nearly 15 years, and has been at Bolwarra since we opened 5 years ago. Kristy is known for her ability to solve problems, her enthusiasm when following children’s interests, her reliability, and her leadership of the team. She also sets up beautiful and considered environments for the children to explore, particularly outside.
