Kierra started her journey with Tillys Chisholm in December last year, where she very quickly discovered her love of caring for young children. Kierra is our youngest educator at Chisholm and began her Certificate III Traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care at just 16 years old! From the moment she joined the team, Kierra has brought an infectious energy and enthusiasm that brightens our learning environment.

Kierra’s passion for working with children and making a difference each day is evident in everything she does! Her caring, nurturing and loving personality allows her to connect with both children and educators, which is truly remarkable. Kierra is always approaching challenges with a positive attitude and a smile on her face and is always eager to learn and grow. She engages in the most beautiful interactions with all the children and provides fun and exciting experiences for all children to enjoy. Kierra is her children’s safe space, and this is evident through the beautiful connections and relationships she has built with all children in her care. Her adaptability and flexibility make us count our blessings, with how she can work with and in any age group with confidence and competence. Kierra is our little pocket rocket at Tillys Chisholm, and we love having her part of our team!

We have loved watching Kierra grow into the educator she has become, and we are looking forward to continuing to support her in this early childhood learning journey!
