Emily is the Room Leader in the Koala Room (0-2yrs) at Cardiff Tillys. She started at our Waratah 1 centre back in 2017 while she studied her Certificate III with Tillys College Of Childcare before transferring to Cardiff in 2019.

Emily became room leader back in June of this year, and she has been our outdoor yard supervisor for nearly 12 months. She has thrived in these leadership roles, demonstrating responsibility and looking out for the wellbeing of the children and educators alike. No matter what duty or job is handed to Emily, she will always say ‘yes’ and do an amazing job at it.

Emily has a very special bond with the children. They seek her out and seem to enjoy her silly nature as she has lots of fun, joining in with the children at play. Emily is such a valued member of our Cardiff team and is the type of person that other educators look up to, relying on her for guidance and support.
