The children in the Sunflower room at Waratah 1 have been busy exploring one of their new resources today! The children lined up to have a turn of the new excavation digger and move bucket loads of sand around the sandpit. The excavation digger is a great tool which stimulates the imagination and role play, as well as strengthens right-left hand coordination through the movements of pushing and pulling the handles to move the neck of the excavator and the bucket to dig at the same time. 🏗 🚧
