Our centres have partnered with mindfulness practitioners such as Calm Hearts Mindfulness to bring a mindfulness program to our children. The program brings together friendship,  emotions, resilience, and positivity through a variety of elements and activities. It can involve yoga poses, breathing techniques, relaxation and connecting mind to body.

The children are guided through activities to nurture mindfulness which can have beneficial outcomes through paying attention to how the mind and body is feeling, and developing strategies to help regulate emotions.
