Over the weekend, our amazing Management Team, Centre Directors, Educational Leaders, 2ICs and Office Staff came together for our annual End-of-Year Breakfast — a beautiful morning dedicated to celebrating another year of achievement, dedication, and unwavering commitment to early childhood education.

Each year, our Approved Provider Donna hosts this special breakfast as her way of showing gratitude for the passion, effort and heart our leaders bring to their roles every single day. Donna’s generosity, guidance and genuine love for early childhood shines through in everything she does. She is not only our leader, but an inspiring role model who empowers each of us to grow, succeed and lead with the same passion she sets so strongly within Tillys.

We are so incredibly thankful for Donna — for her support, her vision and her commitment to building a workplace where people feel valued, encouraged and celebrated.
