Tillys Play & Development Centre at Cooranbong is a purpose built 142 place centre located on Freemans Drive in Cooranbong. We have been open since January 2025 and cater for children 0-12 years across our 7 rooms. Our operating hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, 51 weeks of the year. We provide all meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and supper, catering for any intolerances, dietary, allergy and cultural requirements. All of our meals are prepared fresh daily in our centre kitchen by our wonderful cook and kitchen hand duo – Stacey and Jess. Upon enrolment, the centre also provides a hat, Tillys shirt, drink bottle and sheet bag for your child.
Our outdoor environment is split into 2 areas for our Long Day Care children (LDC) and Out of School Hours Care children (OOSH). All 6 of our LDC rooms have external access that open onto a beautiful large wrap around veranda. With a generous sized sandpit that is a crowd favourite, climbing forte, rock wall, slippery dip, water pump and creek bed, mud kitchen, yarning circle and a bike track, there is something for everyone!
Our OOSH facility caters for local schools for before school care, after school care and vacation care. Tillys has a private mini-bus which transports the children to-and-from school, as well as for excursions during the school holidays. Each of our rooms here at Cooranbong Tillys also have the Aboriginal meaning of the name. Our rooms are as follows:
Puggle – Bobong Kokangeri
Joey – Bobong Mowane
Bilby – Koworowal
Wallaby – Balbang
Possum – Wilai
Wombat – Wombati
Flying Fox – Winakang
