The children in the Echidna room at Tillys Cardiff enjoyed their first session of ‘Cooking with Courtney’ on Monday! The children assisted chef Courtney in making bush tomato scones for NAIDOC week. They stood at the kitchen bench and assisted with measuring out ingredients, tasting ingredients, stirring the mixture together and cutting out portions with the shape cutters.
Chef Courtney is excited to now have this as a fortnightly program and looks forward to cooking with all the rooms!
