Staff Spotlight – Natalie!
Natalie first began her journey with Tillys 8 years ago after she completed her Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care and accepted a permanent position with the Waratah 2 centre.
Due to her exceptional leadership skills and commitment, she quickly moved into a room leader position in one of the nurseries as she continued her studies, and completing Diploma of Early Childhood Education Care in 2018.
Natalie, known as ‘Nat Nat’ to the children, has a passion for encouraging children’s independence and autonomy. One of Natalie’s strengths lies within her creative skills as she loves to provide enriching and aesthetic environments for the children to explore and learn.
Natalie has recently transferred to our new Gillieston Heights centre as this was closer to home and a lot less travel time . She has already built beautiful relationships with the children and their families and is currently in the process of studying further, completing her university degree in Early Childhood.
In less than two weeks Natalie will marry her best friend and partner Kane of 9 years. We wish her all the happiness for her future with her soon to be husband.
Natalie is a respected and dedicated educator and is an asset to the Gillieston Heights team.
