Today we celebrate Karen’s 25 years of service with Tillys Play & Development Centre.

Over the last 25 years Karen has worked at many of the Tillys centres such as Largs, Abermain, Dungog, Greta, Waratah 2 and is currently at Bolwarra within our 0-2 room.

If you have been lucky enough to meet Karen you would know that she is a kind and gentle soul who puts everyone else’s needs before her own. She is a passionate educator and is always researching and sourcing new ideas to implement into her day with the children. Karen is fun and has an uplifting personality which reflects on everyone around her. She likes to crack a good joke and make people laugh. When it’s ‘Costume Week’ you’ll be sure to find Karen dressed up in a variety of amusing costumes!

We would like to thank Karen for everything she has done for Tillys over the past 25 years. Her dedication is outstanding and she is such an inspiration and a blessing to the Tillys family.
