Last week, our Tillys Abermain team had the pleasure of visiting Alesco Secondary College after being invited by their Early Education students. Over the past six months, we have established a wonderful ongoing relationship with the school, with the students usually visiting us, so it was a lovely opportunity for us to visit them this time.

The students organised a range of fun activities, including musical chairs, drawing, and hula hooping, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We were also given a tour of their school and classrooms, where we had the chance to see some of the amazing projects they have been working on.

Afterwards, we shared a picnic lunch together, giving everyone the opportunity to connect and enjoy each other’s company. A special highlight of the day was a small group presentation where the students shared children’s books they had written and illustrated themselves. Their creativity, imagination, and hard work were truly inspiring.

Thank you to the staff and students at Alesco Senior College for making us feel so welcome. We truly value the relationship we have built together over the past six months and look forward to continuing to learn from one another and create many more meaningful memories together.
