Last the night the Narragunnawali Reconciliation in Education Awards ceremony was held. Our Rutherford service was one of 3 national finalists in the early education services categories recognised for implementing outstanding reconciliation initiatives. We are incredibly proud of the work, knowledge and truth telling they have embedded into practice on their journey of reconciliation and they are excited and committed to continue this knowledge building and sharing their emerging story of reconciliation. We want to congratulate Goodstart Early Learning Shailer Park on their finalist selection and Evans Head Woodburn Pre-School for winning, it was inspiring to network and see what other services are achieving in reconciliation.
