At Tillys Greta, both of our preschool rooms have introduced a school-themed dramatic play area to support children’s transition to school. This thoughtfully designed space includes dress-ups featuring local school uniforms that have been kindly donated, as well as familiar school items such as bags, lunch boxes, pencils, and books.

Through this play-based experience, children have the opportunity to explore, and role play aspects of school in a familiar and supportive environment. This helps to build their confidence, independence, and understanding of school routines and expectations.
