We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders; past, present and future for they hold the Indigenous memories and traditions of culture and country for all Australians.

At Tillys Play and Development Centre we strive to:

Provide a warm welcoming, caring environment with quality interactions between management, staff, families, children and the community.

Recognise & nurture each child's unique, individual qualities and potential, and develop independence in their daily activities and experiences within the centre.

Provide a high quality educational program that is based on the Early Years Learning Framework within the National Quality Framework.

Recognise and value children's play as learning as well as the value of Intentional Teaching.

Encourage children to be socially and environmentally responsible both within the centre and the community, establish respectful relationships and to respond to cultural diversity with positivity and respect.

Form strong partnerships with families and the community by encouraging and implementing family and community involvement within the centre.

Create an environment that encourages staffs personal philosophies, professionalism, growth, diversity and reflective practices.

Maintain a safe & hygienic centre for all, with clear expectations for staff, families and children.

Recognise children's voices, encourage children to be confident and involved learners and aspire to a life long journey of learning.
