Our preferred method for payment of fees is via our Westpac Direct Debit. This system offers our families payment security, as direct debit is one of the safest ways to pay your bills and also offers the convenience of ensuring your account is paid on time without the hassle of having to manually process the payment yourself. All fees must be kept two week in advance at all times, and any account in arrears each Monday will be charged a late payment fee.

All families using an approved early childhood service within Australia may be eligible to apply to Centrelink for Child Care Benefit (CCB) which can be obtained through the Family Assistance Office. Separate to this, the Child Care Tax Rebate (CCR) is calculated on the parents out of pocket expenses and you can nominate to have this paid directly to the Service. You should contact Centrelink and register before submitting your enrolment forms to us. It is the policy of our service that full fees are payable until the Service has received advice from the Family Assistance Office confirming a family's CCB percentage rate. Any changes or adjustment to CCB percentages will be payable by the family. Parents can contact FAO on 136 150 to register for CCB or advise any changes to their circumstances.
All Tillys Play and Development Centres work from the Policies and Procedures that are devised by the Approved Provider, Department of Education and Communities, Commonwealth Government, Management, Educators and Families. These policies and procedures are located in the foyer of each centre and can be viewed at any time. Centre Policies are updated annually or as required from feedback given by management, families, educators and information received from the Department of Education and Communities and Commonwealth Government.
Family involvement is welcomed in all of our centres and encouraged by the educators at all times.
